Established in 1976, the Trading & Shipping division (T&S) has evolved into a multifaceted global enterprise with a turnover exceeding US$ 700 million, handling more than 15 million tons of various commodities.

Emirates Port Services (EPS) is a joint venture, under the direction and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman,and His Highness Sheikh  Ammar Bin Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi,Crown Prince of Ajman, has taken over the management of Ajman Port and Customs.

Built on the strength of its shipping experience, the Ship Sale and Purchase Division (SSP) was established to trade in second – hand vessels and has acquired and sold 28 such crafts.  The division’s in-house team handles techno-commercial management and complete surveys associated with the sale and purchase of vessels.
